At the content level, we optimized all product detail pages according to mobile-first principles, developed new A+ content and revised the brand store visually and structurally.
In the area of advertising, we set up a scalable sponsored ads setup that was specifically geared towards visibility, ROAS and keyword performance.
At the same time, we took over retail account management: this included operational support in Seller- and Vendorcentral as well as the negotiation of conditions, strategic annual planning and the preparation of annual meetings with Amazon.
