This Privacy Policy and Cookie Statement is drafted by Xingu Advertising GmbH, a private company with limited liability organized and existing under the laws of Germany, having its corporate seat in München and its official address at Dachauer Straße 15c, 80335 München registered with the German trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 238630 under the trade name Xingu Advertising GmbH (“Xingu”, or “we” or “us”).

Data provided by you:

Contact details: When you sign up for Xingu’s digital newsletter, by filling in a contact form, or when you place a reservation, you must enter your first name, last name, phone number, email address and address. Information included in résumés: in case you are interested in applying for a job at Xingu, you are able to submit your résumé to us. In other words, by applying for a job your personal data such as name, address, age or date of birth, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and resumé will be utilized for the registration, consideration and processing of your application. If Xingu does not hire you, your information will be deleted within 4 (four) weeks after your application unless otherwise agreed between you and Xingu in writing.

The goal of processing
